To get the most accurate results when testing:
Try the same time every day
Place the cuff in place according to the instructions just above the elbow.
Do not eat, exercise, smoke, or drink alcohol 30 minutes before the test.
During the test, sit in a relaxed position with your feet straight in front of you and your arm on the table. Do not cross your legs.
The time between two measurements is at least 5 minutes
